I'm trying to think of a way to play a falconer where the bird is the PC or the main focus you know?

Thoughts playgrounders?

Straight druid?

Sparrow Hengeyokai from Oriental Adventures. You can shapeshift into a sparrow. Hire a commoner or something to carry you around until you can take Leadership.
