So, some Marvel fans might recognize Fantomex (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fantomex). For those who don't recognize him, he's got these powers:
Illusions, used for distracting opponents and also for putting them in a daze
Expert marksmanship and hand-to-hand combat ability
Enhanced physical capabilities and reflexes
Techno-organic parasite
Healing factor similar to Wolverine
So, how would I go about building a character like this?
