I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking if Bard or Druid work well with the Adept in gestalt or are you trying to find a point of comparison when describing the class?
Assuming you are talking about the first question, I think Bard can work fairly well with the Adept. The group buffs and other options mesh well with the companions and combat ability that it brings. Mixing in some White Raven via Crusader or Warblade wouldn't be a terrible idea.
Alternatively you could focus more on buffing magic with a PrC like War Weaver.

Very much so on the what affects, as you have several things about you to buff, mionmancer = undead like buff builds.
