Epic level question

Hello good fellows!

I have a question concerning about an epic wizards bonus feats at level 23, 26, 29.

Let’s say a spellcaster, who is: level 15 Wizard, 5 Arch mage, 5 sorcerer. If this spellcaster would next gain 3 level of wizard, would he be eligible for a bonus feat as per level 23 wizard? Or would he simply be level 18 wiz, 5 arch mage 5 sorcerer?

He would not get a bonus feat; epic level characters gain bonus feats at class levels above 20, not character levels (though they continue to get feats at every third level as normal). If your character gained 5 more wizard levels (making him a Wizard 23/Archmage 5/Sorcerer 5), he would gain his first bonus feat for being an epic-level wizard.
