pathfinder Scout or Skirmish

Is there a Class or Archtype that gives the Skirmish ability of the Scout class from 3.5 (precision damage after moving) in pathfinder. i couldnt find a base scout clase or a rogue ranger archtype.

Scout Archetype Rogue (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/rogue/archetypes/paizo---rogue-archetypes/scout) from the Advanced Players Guide.
At 4th, Charging will trigger Sneak damage.
At 8th, moving 10+ft. will trigger Sneak damage.

Feel free to combine with Skulking Slayer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/core-races/half-orc/skulking-slayer-rogue-half-orc) Archetype (Half-Orcs only).
When they Charge and Sneak Attack their Sneak dice are treated as d8's.

Disclaimer: That only works with a two-handed weapon. There is a Knife Fighter Rogue Archetype that treats all sneak attack damage with daggers as d8's (everything elese is d4's). Might be able to use that somehow.
