Hi. I'm building a Dwarven Crusader to use as a tank for a friend's campaign. They aren't too heavily optimized but since I haven't used a ToB class before, I figured I'd make sure I'm choosing the right maneuvers and stances. My DM let me start with a Dwarven Waraxe, Spiked Heavy Wooden Shield, and Spiked Dwarven Stone Armour (I am going to eventually go two-weapon fighting to use the Spikes & Waraxe together). For now I have Improved Initiative as my lv 1 feat. I am looking into the White Raven discipline as that seems the most fitting for a tank, very defensive and my group seems to like the team-based tactics for it's effects. But I want to know what are the best options for me to take for those five maneuvers Crusaders start with.

Stats I got are (racial mods already figured in):
Str 17
Dex 13
Con 20
Int 13
Wis 17
Cha 10
HP 15
AC 22, Touch 11, Init +5
Fort +7
Ref +1
Will +3

Thanks for any advice anyone can offer!
