Ok i plan on making a Viletooth Lizardfolk Sorcerer/Wild Mage/Dragon Heart Mage or Pact-Bound Adept , as well as build suggestions im a little confused on the Viletooth, i assume that i dont get any other ability bonus other than the +2 Con, but do i still have the LA?

That's correct, the things listed in the viletooth lizardfolk entry are in addition to those found here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/lizardfolk.htm). 2 RHD, +5 natural armor and the bite attack does 1d4 normal damage plus 1d6 acid. It would still be LA +1 though since viletooth doesn't say the LA is different.

Dragon Magazine #318 has a Lizardfolk Monster Class. I dunno. I prefer them to buyoff.

Presumably you would use both, since a Dragon Magazine Monster Class will still give you LA.
