-Multiplayer (LAN or Wi-Fi)
-Co-op
-Free
-Mac compatible
-Dungeon Crawler

I don't care for graphics, only gameplay.

Not multiplayer. Torchlight 2 is the multiplayer one.

Oh. I haven't actually played the original - I just got an email saying it was free for a couple days and knew that 2 had a multiplayer option and assumed that the first did as well.

I think Magika fits, though I'm not sure about compatibility. I also haven't played it, though I've heard it is very good.

Magika is also not free as far as I know.

Delvers Drop meets all but Free as well...and isn't going to be out for some time.

Path of Exile is very much like Diablo II I hear. I never played Diablo so I don't know how to compare it.

I'm not sure it's mac compatible either.
