Just curious, but I'm pretty sure that my Assassin (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/core-rulebook/assassin) can use Death Attack, with http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/c-d/doll-anatomy as long as he has the target's blood, and can see them.

Is that right? Or should my DM be ashamed if he lets me do this? lol.

That does seem to be the case.

How do you figure that?

If an assassin studies his victim for 3 rounds and then makes a sneak attack with a melee weapon that successfully deals damage, the sneak attack has the additional effect of possibly either paralyzing or killing the target (assassin's choice).

Twisting an anatomy doll is not making a sneak attack with a melee weapon. It's a standard action that activates the item, not an attack.

The doll doesn't transfer damage to its linked victim; it has an ability that says "do this, and the linked victim takes this much damage with a bonus if you have sneak attack dice". You could make an attack roll against the doll with a dagger or something, but that's you making an attack and not a standard action to activate the item.

What Grue said. I see no way to death attack through the doll.
