Unfortunately, enervation, and thus energy drain, is a ray, and therefore not useable with Arcane Channeling.

Shivering Touch is touch range and not a ray, right? I'll go with that.

Though Irresistible Dance is a tough act to beat.

get an unenchanted sap and pick from a list of buffs. You can buff the entire party with full attack channeling.

Except for the caveat of being [Mind-Affecting], Irresistible Dance is the best. If you're going against undead, constructs, or anything else that'd be immune, you'll have to default to good old Vampiric Touch (strangely enough, the damage is not Negative Energy, and thus undead wouldn't be immune)
