Recently I've developed the itch to run Age of Worms, but I was thinking of undertaking converting it to Pathfinder rules. While the overall storyline and most of the NPCs would remain unchanged, I'd go through the campaign with a fine comb and tweak things to suit my needs.
That said, certain obstacles are in my path, and I was curious to hear other opinions on the matter.
For instance, how should I handle XP? Should I just change everything to Pathfinder but calculate XP as if I were playing 3.5? What Pathfinder experience track is closest to 3.5? The Fast track?
Overall, I think being able to sneak attack undead and the altered nature of channel energy will make the campaign slightly more survivable. Has anyone attempted similar projects?
