Hello, i need bit of a help making(shaping) a character.
For the start a bit of history, just so you could understand the situation.
The game will be comprised of mostly DMs, playing insane NPCs from their previous campaigns .
PARTY:
1. Rogue gambler (VERY “LUCKY” also likes other people purses ) .. Soooo no money 
2. Bard ( Hmmm only one comes to mind : Gall, often gets beaten up, gagged and tied to a tree so bonus to listen= -100)
3. Sorcerer ( Only one in d&d 3.5 that managed to crit fail almost any spell and has a history of burned establishments to the ground ) …. So no money  AGAIN
4. Fighter (Hmm , cowardly lion is super hero in his eyes)
5. Monk (Orcky, Level 1: STR 6 ,DEX 4, CON “26”, you get the point)

Little goblin druid, that wants to win a Knights tournament (or at least participate )
MUST ( thing that can’t be changed)

1. Race : goblin
2. Class : druid (first 3,4 lev.)
3. Stats; 17,15,15,13,12,9 (lucky 
4. Final destination Hospitaler (or something close to that)
5. Wild shape would probably only be used as escape mechanism.
6. Books are not problem but NO PSIONICKs.

Things that i need help with

1. Right mount …
It has to participate at jousting tournaments (lev10-15)
Goblin has to participate at jousting tournaments (lev10-15)
In best case scenario Gnome tournaments (wolf +spear probably )
But Human/Elf tournaments are problem
2. Armor
It has to be hevy, with this party buying any will be hard work at least
Dragon skin plate , comes to mind but again it would be easier to make fish skin armor in desert then kill a dragon.
And Iron wood needs lots of druid lev. + WIS.
3. Feats : Mounted combat, Ride-By Attack , Spirited Charge
and probably 2 more.
4. Probably at least one level of fighter (weapon Prof.)
5. Skills
Ride
Handel animal
Diplomacy
Knowledge Religion/Nobility
Craft Armor (for IRON wood option)

I am not looking for op. character, i just want to see this little one geting in grow:smallbiggrin:
All ideas are welcome, especially flower armors and other funny things:smallfurious:

Druid/Beastmaster/Halfling (Goblin) Outrider?

If this is jousting, you are likely dealing non-lethal damage to each other, no?

Shillelagh, Brambles (or Spikes if you can wrangle 3rd level spells)

I suppose a military saddle is cheating...
