Smackjeeves is good for webcomics.

i have used www.stormpages.com (http://www.stormpages.com). they only give you 50MB but i have never seen any downtime for the site i had there.

It's where I host and it's a good service.

Up Side:
Free hosting (no limit on size, you just can't host large non-comic files so no using it as a video or music server)

Built in promotion tools (the front page rotating 'pog' system and the newsbox let you promote the comic within CG).

AutoKeen: this is a program that will automatically create your archives for you, which is good if you aren't that great at HTML, basically serves as a way to quickly update without creating a whole new page.

Down Side:

You need to put an ad banner on the top of your page (you can see it on my site) in exchange for the free hosting.
