If you manifest Metamorphosis with Overchannel to increase your manifester level and thus turn into a creature with more Hit Dice than your normal form do you gain those Hit Dice?

If so do you get the skill points and feats that come with more hit dice?

If you do get the skills and feats what happens to them when the spell ends?

You don't actually gain HD; instead, you merely change to a (potentially) stronger form, so you don't gain skill points or feats (aside from racial bonuses, such as from becoming human, which may or may not accrue, depending on whether the skill points are a special quality or not). Once the power expires, the skill points (if any) and racial bonus feats (if any) go away.

As far as I know, metamorphosis doesn't mention HD one way or another, not even by an open-ended phrase like "other game statistics". So presumably you wouldn't gain HD.

@ tugg - he means this line:

You assume the form of a creature of the same type as your normal form, or any other type except construct, elemental, outsider, and undead. The assumed form can have as many Hit Dice as your manifester level, to a maximum of 15.

But that line also answers the OP's question - you just pick a form and become it. There's no advancing involved, and thus no skill or feat gain. Whatever is in that monster's entry is what you get.
