Hey, what are ways to follow (or at least divine the end location of) a teleport?

I have access to all 0th, 1st and 2nd level wiz/sorc spells. There is magic/psionic transparency, so I can have one of the group's artificers make a scroll of trace teleport (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Trace_Teleport), but that would take a day, and time is of the essence.

the hellbreaker prc from fiendish codex 2's stowaway ability allows you to follow people who teleport.

contact other plane or similar spells would allow you to learn where your adversaries have gotten to.

beware of dandwiki, there's a lot of homebrew on there that is not properly tagged. this site (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/traceTeleport.htm) is just OGL stuff from wotc.

what is your party breakdown and what level are you so I don't suggest something that is out of your means

don't forget Scrying (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/scrying.htm). Classic D&D spell. If you damaged your opponent with a slashing or piercing weapon, make sure to include their blood sample.

We have a Law Incarnate/Spellthief gestalt, an archivist, a warlock4/artificer3, a factotum, an artificer, a rogue3/master investigative4, and a xenoalchemist2/shadowcaster3/shadowstitcher2. On the other side, we are gestalted grammarist, a homebrew you may be familiar with, but probably are not -- it is not terribly useful to this purpose. Any levels not listed are seven. Right now I am sending off for a university staff member that can use the psionic spell I mentioned, but if there is a way for me to do it, that'd be amazing. I (the factotum) can swap spells as a swift action, so I have access to literally every sorc/wiz 2nd 1st or 0th level spell, but only 3 casts. I also have a blink dog familiar.

I'm not sure any of this is helpful but...you asked for it? :D

Have your artificer cast Spell-Storing Item (1st level infusion, ECS pg 115). Taking advantage of the magic-psi transparency, it will create what is efectively a single charge wand of any given spell(or power in this case), any list. Say perhaps Trace Teleport. The infusion takes 1min and trace teleport only works over the last minute, so you'll need some way to speed up casting the infusion. Hopefully one of your artificers took rapid infusion or has some action points to spend.

(Note: the infusion takes some SL*CL=7*4=28xp to cast, a generous DM may let them pull the cost from their crafting points though)

(Note2: Spell-storing item is one of the artificer's greatest tricks for pulling off tricks on the fly)

(Note3: on final read-through, you're one level short of pulling this off, as Spell-Storing Item limits you to max spell level of 1/2 your level. But if you can find a spell/power to do the same thing of level 3 or lower on ANY list, the trick will work.)

There is always the planar tracking feat from Dragon 306.

2E had the Trace Teleport spell. There's a psionic power (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/traceTeleport.htm) that does the same thing.
