So I went looking for spell conversion abilities (à la Cleric cure/inflict conversion) on the list of stuff, and it wasn't there. So I decided to make a list here as I looked them up.
At the moment, I'm starting with spells-to-spells: I'll try to fold in Spell-to-effect conversion later.
If there is a list already, please point it out and save me some time.
If there is something I'm missing, let me know.
