Things like spellcraft can be used to identify potions, but its unclear how much a wizard selling his services would charge for such a service? Anyone got a good estimate they use for such things?

Dungeon Masters Guide 2, page 155, has rules for hirelings. Breaks down their skill bonuses by level, and includes their cost.
Also includes a table of services, how long those take to complete, and their cost. Potion identification is listed at 1 minute for a cost of 3gp. Which doesn't sound like a lot, but thats half a weeks pay for a common person, for a single minute of work.
