There are some futuristic weapons printed in the DMG, page 146. I dunno if that's what you're looking for at all, but it is a thing I know of, so it is a thing I have posted.

Hmm, I wish the pricing guidelines for magical items were a bit more helpful.

Is a use-activated Ray Gun (Scorching Ray) that fires whenever you pull the trigger fairly priced at 12k? Hmm, that seems like it might even be overpriced. Maybe it needs a dial to change the damage type.
