Whats the name of the prestige class that can use its tears as a love potion?

I am looking for a prestige class (I am fairly certain it is a prestige class, I am certain that it is an advanced class at least) with the power to use its tears as a love potion. I remember that it gained bonus to its charisma as it leveled as well.
Does anyone know the name of this class and what book it can be found in?
