D6 Powers: Revised and Expanded is a book that provides a D6 gaming experience with rules similar to those found in M&M. It's a point-buy system that allows you to create super-heroes with a variety of powers. I really enjoy M&M because of it's ability to fill any genre if you know the system well enough. It has a balanced feel and, from my own experiences, can provide exactly the right style of game-play in any setting.
M&M has a forum site for the system, allowing users of the system to exchange notes much like Wizards own boards. One of the threads maintained on their site - atomic think tank - is an index cataloging peoples attempts at mirroring mainstream comic characters.
I've not found it's likeness for D6 Powers, so figured since I've been a member here so long no one would mind me throwing up some of my work.
I understand that without the books it's a little tough to understand what I'm doing, and I apologize for that. I don't, however, want to violate their OGL information and can't go into much depth about the powers.
The objective is to cover some archetypes. The powers are just game mechanics, so the characters I present actually just cover the mechanics and/or archetypes. Truly, the fluff added can change the "who" of the characters power set without much, if any, adjustment. Understand that they're built with the bare minimum of points for Power Level 3, which holds an upper limit of 149CP. They're also not built with skills, so leave points for those, as well. Scaling them up is as simple as improving their powers to cover the total point cost of the appropriate super-powered-level. So... Without further ado:
