Looking for a WotC-Article

Ok there was this Article (on the WotC-homepage if I recall correctly) somewhere which gave classes which lack class features more of it including all the base classes and some complete classes. Could anyone provide me with the link to the article? I would be very grateful since I couldn't find it after searching google for about 20 minutes.
