I'm playing a Pathfinder game loosely based on the War of the Roses. Both sides want us, but we've decided to become a third shadow faction, pretending to ally with one side before betraying them and proceeding to take over the world. Needless to say, this will cause us a lot of enemies, and I'm trying to train bodyguards for myself. So far the GM has said I've found 2 people I can pretty much mold however I want, they're both 15 point buy, and I can make 1 any arcane class and 1 any divine class. Most books are available but them must be first party. What classes does the Playground think I should make them?

What level?
And what do you mean by "Bodyguard" exactly?
Some extra muscle to dish out damage?
Or someone to specifically keep you alive?

Eh, who am I kidding.
ORADIN (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=257365)!
The final build will depend on how many levels we have to work with.
Baseline of Paladin 2/Oracle 1 though.
If possible, Oracle 4 is very nice for the access to the Shield Other (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/shield-other) spell.

Right, knew I forgot something. They start at first level, but I'll be able to train them to increase their level. I'm playing a 6th level Int based Sorcerer, so if they could add more battle field control/ keep me alive that would be best.
The Oradin looks best for the Divine bodyguard, I'll just need to hide my alignment from him. Now I'll need an Arcane bodyguard and I'll be set.

There are a couple Oradin variants that don't use Paladin.
Oracle/Inquisitor can work, as would straight up Oracle.

As for the level 1 start...I'd probably go with Paladin for the first level if their survivability might be an issue (better armor/hp).

I'm sure I can figure something out, I have Craft Wondrous Items, so worst case I'll just make an Amulet of Misdirection. Thanks for the help though.

For bodyguards? 1 arcane and 1 divine?

As already stated Orzilla would work well (Just take the battle mastery to avoid some of the alignment problems). The arcane one is clearly a half-elf synthesist summoner.

The arcane bodyguard doing battlefield control could be an alchemist with the bramble brewer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/core-races/half-elf/bramble-brewer-alchemist-half-elf) archetype. Besides battlefield control (with tanglefoot bags at level 1, with bombs from level 2) they can do backup healing.

I'm not much of a fan of Summoner, Synthesist or otherwise.

Bramble Brewer seems like a good fit, I think that'll do it.
Thanks to everyone who help.

Alchemists are neither Arcane, nor are they Divine.
They are also not a "caster" despite seeming like they should be one.

I'm pretty sure my GM will allow it, the two people just have an Arcane and Divine "affinity" and thus are allowed to take those classes. There was around 50 people I tested for magic capability and I took 2 of them for my own bodyguard/tax collectors. The rest are a part of the city guard.
