Which Slotted Items for Construct Minions?

It's really the Head Slot Item for a Gondsman and a couple of flying Effigies I'm stumped on.

But feel free to discuss good stotted items for Constructs in general.

For my purposes any non epic, no custom or stacked items, any 3.x source.
