Ghoul Fever advice

I tried the q&a above to no avail. I cannot seem to find what it takes to cure Ghoul Fever at various points in the process leading up to and including the affliction. Help?

Like any other disease (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#disease), a successful Fort save can prevent being infected initially, prevent ability damage/drain each day, and recover from the disease after two consecutive successes; Heal checks can be substituted for the saves. Alternatively, remove disease cast at any point will remove it.
