Extra Rage Feat please help!

Question: Does the Extra Rage Feat grant 2 extra daily uses of rage AND frenzy, or is it up to 2 extra uses of either rage or frenzy in the same day?

EXTRA RAGE
[GENERAL]
You may rage more frequently than normal.

Prerequisites: Rage or frenzy ability.

Benefit: You rage or frenzy two more times per day than you otherwise could.

Special: You can take this feat multiple times. Its effects stack.

[Waker]

It says it gives you two extra uses of Rage or Frenzy, so I would say its one or the other rather than +2 Rage and +2 Frenzy.
