Ways to reduce XP costs in spells?

hey what are some easy ways to reduce XP costs in spells? Like making simulacrum or something?

Get them as spell like abilities. Spell Stitched Creatures (Complete Arcane) can do this, as can Dweomerkeepers. Other options include Twin Spell (the second casting costs nothing) or Repeat Spell (same) but these metamagics are costly. If Kalamar is an acceptable setting, then the A Moment Ago spell works similarly.

A rod of Excellent Magic costs 650000 gp and provides 2k experience points per day for the purposes of casting spells with experience components. A rather expensive solution for an epic campaign.

Deweomkeeper for you. The ability of interest is supernatural spell, which allows you to cast a spell without any components(including experience and material.)

Other methods:
1) Get something that has it as a spell-like ability (Efreeti (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/genie.htm#efreeti) are commonly used for this via Gate (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/gate.htm), Planar Binding (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/planarBinding.htm), or Simulacrum (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/simulacrum.htm) due to the item creation clause in Wish (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/wish.htm) to get you a scroll of whatever the spell is, but do be warned: READ THE EFREETI'S ACTUAL MONSTER MANUAL ENTRY BEFORE YOU USE ONE! YOU ARE PRETTY MUCH ASKING THE DM TO GO AFTER YOU IF YOU ABUSE THIS. Pick a different critter, like a Glabrezu (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/demon.htm#glabrezu))
2) Buy a scroll of the spell in question (they come pre-loaded with material, focus, and XP components).
3) The already-mentioned Rod of Excellent Magic.
4) Ambrosia and Liquid Pain from the Book of Exalted Deeds or the Book of Vile Darkness, respectively can substitute for XP components under certain circumstances.
