I suck at Google-Fu so the only class I know of that gets Great Fortitude as a bonus feat is the Scout (which can pick it at level 4). Is their any other 3.5 class/PrC that gives Great Fortitude as a bonus feat?

This might help you when looking for D&D rules: The wondrous System Reference Document (http://www.d20srd.org/)

Checking Tome of Battle I find that Warblade can get Great Fortitude as a bonus feat.

A Scout (CAd) gets it as a bonus feat option at 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th, and 20th level.
A Warblade (ToB) gets it as a bonus feat option at 5th, 9th, 13th, and 17th level.
A Vassal of Bahamut (BoED) also gets it as a bonus feat option at 3rd, 6th, and 9th level.
A Bear-Totem Barbarian (UA) gets it as a bonus feat at 3rd level.
A Waste Barbarian (Sa) gets it as a bonus feat option at 5th level.
A Cloud Anchorite (Fr) gets it as a bonus feat option at 3rd and 7th level.
A Knight (PH2) gets it as a bonus feat option at 5th level.

Thank you everyone for replying, that was very helpful! Bear Totem Barbarian wins for me (earlier=better)!

You could also go into the UA's Generic classes. Each one grants a bonus feat at first level that can be used for any feat.

It's an item rather than a class, but the belt of great fortitude is a belt of Con +2 and grants the Great Fortitude feat for an additional +4000 gp. It's from the Arms & Equipment Guide.

Strictly speaking, a rogue can also get it as a bonus feat option at 10, 13, 16, or 19, and a loremaster or chameleon can get it at 2.

Necromancy, ACTIVATED!

A Savant could also get it at 2nd level.

I swear there was a cleric domain that grants it too?

edit:
Yes, its the 'Dwarf' domain. I wonder... do you need to be a 'Dwarf' to have great respect for it's domain...? I'm gonna say... no.
