The prestige paladin, ranger, and bard all add the respective spell lists to your spell list when you take levels in them. If you automatically know all of your spells, you can prepare said spells from said lists rather than just your original class's.

The final level of rainbow servant adds the cleric list to your spell list.

Sandshaper adds a large number of spells to your spell list.

Being a true dragon (chromatic or metallic) adds cleric spells and a few domain spells to the sorcerer list that they get by default.

Bloodline levels grant spells to your spell lists and, IIRC, spells known.

Extra Spell grants one spell known, though whether it's from your list or from any list is up in the air.

Expanded Knowledge adds one power to your power list and powers known.

Psychic Chirurgery adds a power to your powers known as well.

Research can add powers or spells to your list, though you still have to take them normally.

Any other abilities that can expand your spell and/or power list to include spells (etc) that aren't normally on them? Large swaths of spells added would be preferable, of course. Is there any way to add druid spells? Trapsmith spells? Wu jen? Other wonky classes that have oddball spells that don't fit anywhere else?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Divine Magician acf for Cleric can let you nab spells from the Wizard spell list, specifically Abjuration, Divination and Necromancy spells.
Divine Bard, Bardic Sage and Savage Bards all add some new spells to the Bard spell list.
Lyric Thaumaturge and Sublime Chord both add to the Bard Spell list.
Fiendblooded adds spells of the Enchantment, Illusion, Necromancy schools or have the Fire descriptor.
Contemplative, Divine Oracle, Church Inquisitor and Sovereign Speaker all add bonus domains.
Unseen Seer gives you access to divination spells from any list.

It doesn't look like arcane disciple is listed yet. That one's a classic. Cloistered cleric also adds to spells known.

If you can use Pathfinder magical items, there's a robe that lets you cast a spell from a scroll or spellbook once per day as if she knew the spell. Doesn't use up the scroll, nor do you have to prepare it.

Vestment, Mnemonic -- only 5k TO BUY, it's crazy.

Obligatory: Prestige Paladin does not automatically add all Paladin spells to your list. The SRD says Core Paladin spells should be added as of right, but anything from any other book -- i.e. the Spell Compendium -- is negotiated with the DM spell by spell, on a case-by-case basis.

The Archivist's spell list consists entirely of adding large lists of spells to their class spell list. Which can, depending on your DM, be all spells in the game, or very close to it.

It's not just dragons. Couatls and nagas spring to mind, I'm sure there're more.

Edit: there's a spell in the XPH named Mental Pinnacle which gives a sorcerer or wizard psionic powers. Does that count?

Exalted arcanist gives a spontaneous arcane caster the ability to select some spells not normally on their list. At 5th level in the class, they get all sanctified spells as spells known.

Also, sanctified spells and their evil equivalent: Granted by one's alignment, and the ability to prepare spells. A) This is an example of something (alignment) granting extra spells on a list, though it's practically automatic, and B) the arcane preparation feat thus gives all non-neutral spellcasters who otherwise could not prepare these spells the spells as possible options to prepare.

The spontaneous divination ACF for wizards from CC, is wildly open to interpretation. Some might say it allows access to divination spells not on one's list.

Spellwurm (Symbiont from Magic of Eberron) lets spellcasters cast (or prepare) Mage Armour, Blur and Ancient Knowledge (MoE) for the tiny cost of 8000 GP and some minor ability damage per day (rod of bodily restoration/Naberious/Strongheart Vest/etc fixes this issue nicely)

Several sovereign archetypes, from Dragon's of Eberron, can add all druid or all cleric spells to a true dragon's spell list, as well as a variety of domains.
