In adventurer's armory, some new rules regarding using alchemical items as material components or as focuses are added.

And they're pretty good. Alchemist fire lets you set creatures on fire with fireballs & scorching rays. Alchemist acid is even better- when used as a focus, Acid Splash does +1 damage (1d3+1 damage at will is pretty good low level spell); when used as a material component, it turns grease into a DoT that does 1pt of damage/round.

Anyone else try using these rules?
