Can someone explain dragons and Multi-attack to me?

Say this dragon:

Str 25, Dex 10, Con —, Int 18, Wis 15, Cha 18
Base Atk +7; CMB +15; CMD 25 (29 vs. trip)
Feats Awesome Blow, Improved Bull Rush, Improved Initiative,
Lunge, Multiattack, Power Attack
Skills Climb +20, Intimidate +17, Knowledge (arcana) +17,
Perception +15, Sense Motive +15, Spellcraft +17, Stealth +9,
Swim +25

Wants to attack with all of these:
bite +13 (2d6+10), 2 claws +13 (1d8+7), 2 wings +11 (1d6+3),
tail slap +11 (1d8+10)

At once, these are written out as if you are using them one by one right? there is no way the tail should, in the same attack, get x1.5 str after biting, clawing and winging right?

Oh. Right, TRUE DRAGONS get special natural weapon attacks rules. So yes its right. No it doesn't apply to anything but True Dragons. No it isn't fair. But its legacy Iconicism, so its how it works.

True Dragons are just cool like that.
