Controlled Invisibility (Su): A Cheshire cat can become wholly or partially invisible at will. Whenever it uses this ability, it can choose the precise portions of its body that become invisible. If it chooses to leave any portion of its body visible, it gains partial concealment (20% miss chance); otherwise it has total concealment (50% miss chance). Activating this ability or changing the degree of concealment it grants is a standard action. A Cheshire cat often chooses to leave only its smile, which is unusually wide and rather unfeline, visible.

soo.....would a see invisible spell overcome this, or would you need a stronger spell, and does this count as a invisiblity or greater invisibility you think?

see invisible would work as see invisible doesn't specify a type of invisibility and this ability describes itself as invisible. It can't be compared to invisibility or greater invisibility as it is a completely independent ability. If you are wondering if it can attack and stay invisible, yes it can because it isn't restricted by the ability.

IMO, the Cheshire Cat's ability feels a lot like Mislead, but with a twist: instead of leaving an image of yourself, you leave a specific image and go invisible (normally, your smile). The image only lasts for a small while, so it's not exactly as the Mislead spell.

On the other hand: the Invisible Stalker and the Bezekira/Hellcat are naturally invisible. In the case of the Invisible Stalker, only a dim outline is noticed when the See Invisibility is used, so I'd work around those lines. The ability is kinda unclear on that: it seems it remains on the same plane, so See Invisibility kills the concealment bonus whether it becomes completely or partially invisible. In essence, the "invisible" portion of the Cheshire Cat would be translucent, while the revealed portion would be opaque, but you still kill its miss chance.

See Invisibility or a similar effect would allow you to see the entire body of the cat, negating the benefits of his concealment (though it'd still be somewhat translucent imo). This is neither Invisibility, nor Greater Invisibility, it's a Supernatural Ability that has similar effects, I doubt attacking would break the effect, nor could it be dispelled.
