[PF] Primary/secondary attacks

Primary I'd say. They are for Eidolons, and for the monsters I can recall.

The universal monster rules list claws as a primary attack.

Claws typically default to a Primary attack.
Also, if you are only using one type of Natural Attack, then that type is considered Primary (even if it wouldn't be).

So if you are ONLY attacking/using the Saurian Claws for weapons, then they would be guaranteed Primary.
