According to this page (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Quarterstaff_of_Battle), it does the stuff that's on that page. I can't attest to its accuracy, but it's probably correct.

Edit: I found it listed a second time on this page (http://www.imarvintpa.com/dndlive/items.php?ID=4097). That one's listing is shorter, and seems to be the same, so that's basically a confirmation of some kind.
