Wild Cohort

With no more feats coming to mind I took Wild Cohort. I have two questions: Does Natrual Bond stack with it, and does that put it on pace with the druid's pet?

RAW, Natural Bond requires the animal companion class feature, and the cohort you get with Wild Cohort is explicitly not an animal companion. So no.

Also, if your wild cohort dies, there's no specified way to get a new one.
