Did I miss the Kickstarter walk-on

Sorry, I searched the kickstarter thread high and low for any information on this, but couldn't find any.

The top kickstarter prize was a walk-on cameo for someone's D&D character. It was supposed to happen before the ends of 2012, but I don't remember seeing anything like that. I'm sure it happened and I just missed it. Can someone give me a heads-up as to what comic this happened in?

He stated that it would be announced on the news page when it happens. So no. Not yet. Things were delayed due to Rich's injury.

The cameo hasn't happened. When I offered it, I had a specific (future) scene in mind that it will be easy to insert a character into, and we haven't gotten there yet. I've been in touch with the purchaser and they know that the comic is running way behind. When it happens, I will almost certainly mention it in the News.

The quote is from 2/14/2013, but since this was just before 870 (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0870.html), it is pretty sure that the cameo wouldn't have happened unnoticed.

Ah, OK. For some reason I had remembered the injury as happening this year, but I see now it was in fact last year. I thought it was weird that something as important as the walk-on wouldn't be mentioned in the news page when it happened.

And I don't think we'll see him/her anytime soon. I mean, how would Rich put him/her in the middle of the end of the arc? It wouldn't make sense and the character would fade into background, because there are many important things happening right now.

I guess that once things calm down a little and they get out of the desert (or, at least, Girard's Pyramid/Ziggurat) we will see the "walk-on"

It can hardly happen until they're in a place where a cameo would make sense--a city or some such.
