I don't seem to see the full benefits to having the Raging Drunk class feature if someone has to spend a move action to gain them. Is this any good for a barbarian, and if so, how?

It isn't very good. It's mildly useful if you have a rage power that you want to draw out as long as possible, such as Regenerative Vigor or some such, but there aren't many of those. That said, I treat Drunken Rage as Drunken Ki for the Fast Drinker (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/fast-drinker) feat, and let them use their raging con for the prerequisite (after all, they meet the qualifications whenever it's relevant) which improves things.

Mostly, nothing. However, to be a devil's advocate, a few points:

1. Were you really going to be using fast movement? Probably not.

2. Might as well be able to chug a potion without provoking an AoO.

3. You get this at level 1. Your full attack at level 1 is the same as your standard action attack. If you chug alcohol, you have effectively infinite rounds of rage for the day.

4. Assuming you have some form of immunity to fatigue and the internal fortitude rage power, you can still rage-cycle to regain uses of 1/rage abilities. A Flawed Scarlet and Green Cabochon (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/h-l/ioun-stones/scarlet-and-green-cabochon) would be your best friend.

5. The Vital Strike line of feats can help take the sting out of losing your full attack.

Realistically? I'd say from levels 1-5 it's a fun gimmick that can give you infinite rounds of rage per day. At level 6+ it's probably not worth it, unless your DM allows JusticeZero's use of Fast Drinker.
