Do fear affects stack the same round?

Let's say I use righteous wrath feat, with dreadful wrath feat.


One is a 20ft affect for a spell or full attack


the other is an evil creatue that gets attacked also gets a shaken affect.


Do they both stack making the person frightened, and do the rules happen after the attack happens, or before the attack "connects" making the minus affects, a factor of the ac roll.

Yes, they will stack in the same round.

I'm not entirely sure when Dreadful Wrath hits, but as it is while you are doing the action, I'd say it's before your attack/spell hits.

Your righteous wrath happens only upon damage being dealt, so it will go off after the attack (assuming you hit).
