Killing a Thrym Hound in e6

How would you kill a thrym hound in e6? Is it even possible? Essentially the only weakness it has is a 9 for a touch AC.

Touch attacks, fly and blast with fireball and the like.

Use lots of alchemists fire. Ideally with Flyby Attack.

TOB maneuver Emerald Razor allows you to make your normal melee attack as a touch attack instead.

Also if you can find some way to deal Int damage (that can reduce a score to 0), it only has 4 intelligence. If you drop it to 0 it goes catatonic and you could try a coup de gra, or just smacking it a bunch.

So basically: Wizard 3, use Nerveskitter and hit em with a Sudden Maximized Ray of Stupidity.
