Both of these builds were made by JanusJones on the old WOTC boards. I can't find them by way of the WayBack Machine though. All I know was that The Casio was a warforged and that Oddjob was an evil factotum. Does anyone remember anything else about them?

You're talking about these (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=812.msg20053#msg20053) I believe. All I have found is dead links - no one appears to have archived any of it unfortunately.

I found an oblique reference here (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=5758.0), Bozwevial's post — near the bottom.

Casio Keyboard bard + Improved Resiliency

Try talking to Bozwevial ?

I found a reference here (http://forum.rpg.net/archive/index.php/t-516916.html) that goes a bit further, mentioning a "warforged bard who would use words of creation from book of exalted deeds to supercharge his bard song. Words of creation would deal subdual damge to the user, but warforged didn't take subdual damage". There are several references around the net to this build being based of the Gato build, but that is no easier to find.

Improved Resiliency [Warforged] makes you immune to non-lethal damage, which is probably the trick here — or one of them at least.

Was Casio Keyboard the warforged bardblade with Shocking Fist, or was that Gato? It's been so long......

I don't remember the Oddjob at all really.

According to this post (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=786.100;wap2), it was a bard/crusader. I'd have to guess it was bard 3/crusader 17 (similar to his Bardic Badass build, although I prefer bard 4/crusader 16), using Song of the White Raven to ratchet up Inspire Courage to +12d6-ish sonic damage.

I can't find anything on Oddjob other than he was an "evil factotum".

Gato is the nickname of Casio I believe.

In his post on BG http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=812.0 ,

Janus linked Casio to Spark (the one with shocking fist) by mistake I think.

I can find Spark in the wayback machine:

But can't find Casio or Oddjob.

I remember there was a trick to bring up the old gleemax archives, by changing part of the URL. But can't remember the specifics.

Gato was a character from Chrono Trigger and I believe there was a build based upon Gato that predated and eventually inspired the Casio build. I saw what may be the original here (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19872622/), but not sure based on the date.

Ahhh! I only remembered who was Gato in Chrono Trigger after I saw the post you linked (specifically the song).
