Since a truenamer knows who is own truename if he takes the words of creation feat can he teleport himself at level 1?

Of course you can. Assuming that you have a scroll of teleport, are trained in UMD (with a decent modifier at level 1 through a high Charisma or synergy bonus), and roll really, really well, you can teleport yourself at level 1.

This is true of all classes regardless of having Words of Creation or not (OK, not all... some don't need to UMD the scroll).

All that Words of Creation allows you to do is remove the "You" from the target lines of teleport and greater teleport when targeting someone whose truename you know. Which means it's a complete waste to use that ability to teleport yourself.

Level 3 I think, assuming you just go Wiz/Cleric/Bard or something like that.and get +2 from each of them. If you use fractional saves that idea is out.
