Pirate Campaign help

Ok i will be participating in a pirate campaign, we start at level 5 and will be busting out of jail, now i will be playing a Sorcerer. Ill prbably go Incantatrix for 3 levels, so i can toss metamagic onto things and then ill probably go Storm Mage. Now id like some suggestions on spells feats etc as i cant seem to think of much.

Btw i have no idea on race, i may play a goblin or something weird.

Storm Bolt [reserve] feat for hilarious epicness.

Perhaps a Draconic Heritage (blue) feat?

I LOVE Storm Bolt, so totally taking it. And i may take a few levels of Sea Witch as it looks like a bunch of fun. I also believe that i have figured out what im gonna do as a mage, im gonna summon water elementals.
