Can anyone provide me with a link or a write up of the incantatrix sorcerer mailman build that involves nesting twinned and repeated force orbs... into greater arcane fusion and arcane fusion?

Seems like the basic writeup (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19868534/The_Mailman:_A_Direct_Damage_Sorcerer) is pretty close already?

Might you be talking about the Arcane Fusion/Sanctum Spell trick? You put Sanctum Arcane Fusion and [level 1 spell] into Arcane Fusion, which then allows you to cast an arbitrary number of level 1 spells. The same trick applies to the Greater version, which allows for an arbitrary number of level 4 [or lower] spells.

It's probably obvious from here, but the natural extension of this is that you use Sanctum'd Arcane Fusions to get a bunch of heavily-metamagic'd Lesser Orbs of X, or you use Sanctum'd Greater Arcane Fusions to get a bunch of heavily-metamagic'd Orbs of X.

Iirc, there is errata on that loop. Could be wrong though. What im fairly sure does work, is built into your build, (or should be) and fits the theme is this: round1 cast - sonorous hum round2 cast Manyjaws, the hum will pick it up for you and let you continue to cast round3 use metamagic effect to twin, extend, persist, and raise caster level if desired, on sonorous hum Round4 use metamagic effect again, this time on manyjaws, twin, max, empower, extend, persist, fell drain, Heighten :) etc. In that order, sonorous hum will take over the first spell you cast that need concentration, and twinning it after manyjaws means you have the second casting ready to pick up the coming twinned casting of manyjaws. If you twin hum first, both castings could be (by your dm) trying to pick up the one casting of manyjaws. You now have a 40ft flying cloud of 20 jaws for 1d6 damage each, ref half but at
dc 19+casting stat. If fel drained, all the better. This only needs a few feats that you should have anyway, and two spells of 3rd level on your list. Not too crowded a level on a mailman. Throw in haste at 3rd level, since you command the jaws first round anyway :) and the rest is all you.

Note, sry so long

yeah sry i was off topic, trying to help, and yes thats it. Also look at wings of flurry in that same combo. NO cap on the dice, so effectively doubles force orb, covers 30 ft radius, and a reflex for daze. Races of the Dragon p119.
Yeah, yeah, evasion makes a lot of them nulled. With FORTY of them in two rounds, even a reflex optimized rogue will roll a 1, twice. And if your dm has the response of throwing hordes of rogues at you after that, phantasmal killer it is :). Likely the only time id EVER like that spell :P
