So me and my party are kinda divided on this one. The situation:

Incarnate contracts a mummy rot from (obviously)a mummy. He then still has a rapid reshaping ability, with which he can shape said pauldrons of health meld. The question is: will the pauldrons affect the disease in any way, since it's actually a curse more then a disease? Entry for the meld doesn't specify that they affect supernatural diseases.

Thanks in advance.

I think the disease would continue, but not have any effect as long as the pauldrons are on by RAW, though RAI might support your "Curse not disease" idea

Normally creatures immune to disease have the opposite clause in them that states that they/it does not work on supernatural diseases. So RAI would assume that without that statement you would be immune to ALL forms of disease.

But gaining immunity after you already have the disease doesn't make it magically go away, you just are immune to the effects of it till the disease is removed or your immunity goes away.
I.E. Delay poison ruling, but for disease.
