Does this work?

Get a keg, get angry, and start drinking (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/barbarian/archetypes/paizo---barbarian-archetypes/drunken-brute).

As long as you drink (a move action), you don't stop raging.

At some point, activate this (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/barbarian/rage-powers/paizo---rage-powers/regenerative-vigor-ex).

Hey cool, you can heal up all your wounds once per day at zero cost (other than a bunch of drinks and a couple minutes of nausea).

Anything else that can be done with anger and a keg of beer?

[edit]
Fixed it to the rage power that gives fast healing.

1) That only heals ability damage and a pretty small amount of HP
2) Drunken Brute doesn't necessarily add anything here? There's no reason not to just rage and then heal yourself normally.

EDIT: You can stack and Fortified drinker (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/religion-traits/fortified-drinker) with Drunken Brute (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/drunken-brawler-combat) for a small amount of regenerating THP and some save-bonus shuffling.

He may have forgotten to add Regenerative Vigor (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/barbarian/rage-powers/paizo---rage-powers/regenerative-vigor-ex) in there. Gives Fast Healing (1 per 6 Barb levels).
Only works when you use Renewed Vigor, and you can only use Renewed Vigor 1/day so...

And agreed that for "healing" purposes, Drunken Brute doesn't help much.

Isn't Drunken Brute allowing free rage, so you can still function in combat unimpeded?

Drunken Brute lets you rage without using any of your rage per day, so it's kind of letting you do a lot, actually.

Yes, you can just keep drinking and let your Fast healing regenerate you to full. You can only trigger Regenerative Vigor once a day, though. And you need to have a round of rage to start with before you can sustain it with beer, too.

A level 10 barbarian will have far, far, far more hps than rage rounds. So if he has a bunch of stab holes, using all his precious rage on healing a handful of HP is a huge waste. However, if you use drunken rage, you no longer have to use all your rage to do something the cleric should already have done. In fact, you don't have to use any rage.

And you need to have a round of rage to start with before you can sustain it with beer, too.

Can you show me where the rules say that? It seems that any round you spend a move action drinking is a round that doesn't count against your rage total.

:smallconfused: The whole 'Raging Drunk' thing is prefixed with 'While Raging'. I'm preeeeetty certain that spending a round of rage as a free action and then drinking a beer doesn't -refund- the rage you had to spend to be 'raging' and able to use any of the special abilities of 'Raging Drunk'.

Boasting Taunt (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/barbarian/rage-powers/paizo---rage-powers/boasting-taunt-ex) is more fun with this. PF drinking (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/afflictions/drugs/alcohol), for whatever reason, won't get you past Sickened, so go ahead and drink up to +800 Intimidate.

I once ran a character based on drinking every round, using the Drunken Brawler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/drunken-brawler-combat) feat and the Invulnerable Rager (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/barbarian/archetypes/paizo---barbarian-archetypes/invulnerable-rager) archetype (compatible with Drunken Brute) to tank. Works okay at low to mid levels but you'll probably be stuck with a one-handed weapon (and whatever naturals you can cook up) and you won't be full attacking. Your damage output be lower and will only go down as you level relative to other martials, and the DR and temp HP won't matter as much later on, but it can be a fun character.
