So the DM of my current campaign said that Transparancy is not a thing in this campaign.
For sake of ease, most DM's rule that things like Dispel Magic work on Psionic effects, SR applies to Psionic abilities where appropriate, anti-magic field stops Psionic powers too, UMD functions to activate psionic items, etc.
Removing transparancy isn't the worst thing in the world. I'm fine with it.
But, I'm curious how an upper level wizard might face off against an upper level psionics user, and how they might approach one another beyond standard rocket tag, in a non-transparancy environment. What sort of defenses might a Wizard take against a psionic opponent and how might the psionics user take precautions against the wizard.

For sake of arguement, lets remove items from the discussion.
