I'm working on an Illusionist, at this level in the campaign true seeing has become fairly common making my Illusions useless. I currently have Invisible Spell, what I need is a way to identify when my opponents have true seeing so I know when to apply Invisible Spell to my illusions.

I had a wizard that liked to discern who had high spot checks by "handling his orbs" via sleight of hand. A similar method should work for you:

Cast a permanent enlarge and stiffen on your character's penis.
Take your pants off.
Put on illusionary pants.
Problem solved.

You could try (Greater) Arcane Sight. If you're afraid someone might use it mid-combat, try Spellcaster's Bane (Complete Mage).

Alternatively, paint an invisible Symbol of X on your shirt. Or, if someone in the party is being a pain, paint invisible Explosive Runes on them.

Pfft. Sorcerers and Bards don't need magic for that.

Sorry if I'm missing something here, but how does Invisible Spell make your illusions useful against enemies with True Seeing?

From the text for Invisible Spell:

Those with detect magic, see invisibility, or true seeing spells or effects active at the time of the casting will see whatever visual manifestations typically accompany the spell

Invisible fog cloud. he can see it, the party can't.

That is a nifty trick!

But is that all the OP is hoping to achieve?

The Chains of Disbelief (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/specialistWizardVariants.htm) ACF might help.

Furthermore, even when presented with incontrovertible proof that the illusion isn't real, creatures must still succeed on a Will saving throw to see objects or creatures that the illusion obscures, although they get a +10 bonus on the saving throw.

So, even if they know the illusion is a fake, they need to make a Will save. Not sure if that's how it was meant to interact with True Seeing, but given the +10 they get against the save, I don't think it's that big of a deal. Not to mention it's actually a bit limited since it only stops people from noticing you're disguised, invisible, or behind an illusory wall, but they automatically know that dragon over there is a fake.
