Has anyone built a knife thrower kind of character using the desert throwing knives from Sandstorm?

This was my attempt at it.

Seven attacks per round, which are doubled by Palm Throw.
Can Trip or Disarm.
Can melee decently.
+3d6 sudden strike (though very late)
+13 initiative without items, +5 intiative to party members
ACP is reduced by 4
Can move at full speed when using Hide/Move Silently (very late)

Dread Commando was mostly filler.
I know Craft sucks, but I guess it could come in handy to get more knives.


Is it any good? I know that casters and ToB could do a better job, but I prefer not to use them. Can anyone recomend anything to substitute Dread Commando? It's a nice class, but I don't think it helps this build much except for full BAB and extra damage and it takes up two feats that don't help the build much.

Is it possible to get some item that produces infinite DTK (like the Gloves of Endless Javalines) or that acts as the Quickloading enhacement?
