Fluff by Enderlord99:

A wizard once created two spells. One could bring anything to life, no matter how fleeting the things existence would otherwise be. The other did the same, but to undeath. Being insane, he cast these the both spells at once, and they targeted each other. The result was a single creature, the union of necromancy and life-magic... and it was hungry. Soon, it had devoured all magic in a wide area around the wizard's lab. After feasting upon the magic, it still craved more, and thus devoured all incarnum in the region, as well as portions of the souls that held that incarnum. But, still it was hungry, so it absorbed all heat in the area it affected, leaving the place a frozen, lifeless place where (arcane) magic could not be performed. It then turned outward, and expanded its draining influence...

Drain Life (su): Attacks made by the Voidspawn drain the life out of anything they hit. Any living creature struck by the Voidspawn's slam attack must succeed on a fortitude save (DC 42) or be reduced to 0 hit points. This is a death effect. Undead creatures struck by its slam attack must succeed on a fortitude save (DC 42) or be utterly destroyed.

Unliving void (ex): The voidspawn drains the animating energies of anything that gets close to it. Any living creature that gets within 120 feet of it takes 2d6 negative energy damage per round, while undead creatures take 2d6 points of positive energy damage per round. Within 60 feet, this damage increases to 4d6 per round, and within 30 feet to 6d6 per round.
The Unliving void automatically heals an amount of damage equal to half the amount of damage its aura deals.
The voidspawn itself is immune to positive and negative energy and to ability damage, ability drain and energy drain.

Arcane Void (ex): Similar to live energies, the voidspawn also drains arcane magic. It is surrounded by an effect that works like an antimagic field, to a radius of 120 ft., except that it does not affect divine spells or psionic powers or any of the abilities of the voidspawn itself.
Furthermore, any creature that enters within 60 feet of the Voidspawn has all arcane spells that are currently in effect on it and that are marked (harmless) dispelled automatically. If these spells can affect the voidspawn, they are instead transferred to the voidspawn until the end of its next turn, at which point they end.

Soul void (ex): All living creatures that enter within 30 feet of the voidspawn have parts of their souls drained away. They must succeed on a fortitude save (DC 42) every turn, or suffer 1 point of energy drain.
Furthermore, all creatures that enter within this zone have all their essentia drained away unless they succeed on a will save (DC 42). Creatures who fail this save lose all their essentia, as well as all the effects of all their Incarnum feats and soulmelds, for the next 4d6 hours.
For each point of essentia removed from a creature this way, the voidspawn heals 10 points of damage.

Heat Death (ex): All creatures that approach within 60 feet of the voidspawn take 5d6 points of cold damage per round. The voidspawn heals an amount of damage equal to half the damage dealt by this aura
The voidspawn itself is immune to all fire and cold damage and all desiccation effects.

So. Never tried doing an epic creature before. How does this look?
