Yup, shouts.

Just talked with a friend today who'll be playing the halfling sorcerer, and he said that he wants to be a halfling Dragonborn. Not thr 4e one, not the RoD one, but the Dovahkin from Skyrim.

I told him to look on with the Words of Power section of ultimate magic, as well to look for a words of power handbook (I know there's one, but I've yet to find it so far) and see how he can do it.

Other than that, spell progression by killing dragons? Heheh...

I suggest stepping up your hardcore level. 3.5 and Dark Souls. The only Dragon I know lives is Kalameet. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeMbxKBfmKc)

Maybe you should take the extra word feat a lot? Being a regular caster is probably the best idea, because everyone knows the Time Stop words (Tiid!) are the best.:smalltongue:

It's better than the anemic ramblings of the drakes the Nords call Dragons. :smalltongue:

He actually spends his free time roasting people from the sky, but the PC gets a giant to shoot a huge arrow into his wing. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jpsi2aGKXPw) Besides, if you had horns that huge, why wouldn't you slam them into something? That's what horns are for!

EDIT: You might want to have him get into Eldritch Knight for a bit of toughness and sword fighting.
