Early Maw of Chaos? (3.5 optimization)

Is there a way to get Maw of Chaos as a 10th level character? The closest I've come is an Illumian with Improved Sigil (Krau), Alacritous Cogitation+versatile spellcaster, earth sense+heighten spell+earth spell, and sanctum spell (requires 2 flaws and Wiz 5's bonus feat) to get 9th level spells (as prereqs only) and a 8th level Extra Slot.

Edit: And before someone mentions scrolls or other magic items, I want it as a spell/spell known so I can boost CL with eg. Red Wizard. Getting a bunch of CL40 scrolls would work just as well though.

Edit 2: If it's not possible, what's the lowest level (seems to be 11 with the work I have above)?

Edit 3: So it is possible with Shair. What about a build with circle magic leader?

The Elf Domain Generalist 1 with Versatile Spellcaster and Alacritous Cogitation could give you a leg up.

I don't think Elven Generalist would help, since it doesn't provide any extra benefits over being a regular specialist.

I don't think the Shair cheater build actually works, sadly, because it doesn't qualify for Versatile Spellcaster, since Shair aren't spontaneous casters. Edit: Of course, Shair can also use alacritous cogitation and heighten spell. Problem solved then, thanks Silva. It's just unsatisfying because Shair can't qualify for Red Wizard, and Hathran don't get circle magic leader by level 10.

Well I suppose you probably need heighten spell to do the whole elf generalist & domain wizard spell slot chaining, but flaws can handle that.

Is it possible as a human something 5/Red Wizard 5? My current best build uses wizard with this feat chain:
F Alacritous Cogitation
F Versatile Spellcaster
H Tattoo Focus
1 Heighten Spell
3 Sanctum Spell
W Any metamagic or item creation
6 Earth Sense
9 Earth Spell
R ?

Versatile Spellcaster turns 2 5th level slots into a 6th level spell (the important wording is that it's cast with VS, so VS doesn't stack with itself or allow many other tricks), and assuming those are heightened 5th level spells the spell is treated as 7th level, and you can spontaneously apply Sanctum Spell to make it treated as 8th level.
